Stripe Fee Calculator
Educational payment-fee worksheet: percent of charge plus fixed fee, with an optional gross-up mode so net payout matches a target. Rates are user-entered; not a live Stripe quote.
Limitation: Educational fee arithmetic only—not a Stripe quote, payout guarantee, or tax advice.
How to Estimate Stripe-Style Fees
Copy fee terms from your Stripe pricing or dashboard, then choose whether you know the charge or the net you want to keep.
Choose a display currency.
Defaults are illustrative
2.9% + $0.30 is a common US online example only. Local and product-specific Stripe rates differ—overwrite the fields.
What the Fee Total Means
Total fees are the percent of the modeled charge plus the fixed fee. Net payout is charge minus those fees. Effective fee percent is total fees ÷ charge.
Stripe Fee Examples
