Stress Level Calculator
Averages five user-entered 0–10 stress domains and scales the mean to a 0–100 educational index. Not a clinical instrument or mental-health diagnosis.
Limitation: Educational self-reflection only.
How to Build a Stress Reflection Index
Rate how each domain feels over a recent period you choose (for example the past week).
Rate work/school, relationships, finances, health, and sleep disruption from 0 (none) to 10 (extreme).
Keep one time window
Do not mix a stressful day at work with a calm month at home unless you intentionally want a blended snapshot.
What the Stress Index Means
The index is simply your average domain rating scaled to 0–100. Higher means you rated more stress across domains. It is not a clinical severity score.
Stress Reflection Examples
Balanced mid-range snapshot
Entered stress ratings
Stress index
Domain average 5.0 × 10 = 50.
Low across domains
Entered stress ratings
Stress index
Domain average 1.0 × 10 = 10.
Re-rate after a change
Compare weekly snapshots after sleep or workload changes instead of chasing a single 'good' number.
