Burnout Risk Assessor
Averages five user-entered 0–10 burnout-reflection domains and scales to a 0–100 educational risk score. Not MBI, not a diagnosis, not fitness-for-duty advice.
Limitation: Educational self-reflection only.
How to Build a Burnout Reflection Score
Rate each domain for the same recent window at work or caregiving.
Rate exhaustion, cynicism/detachment, reduced efficacy, workload pressure, and recovery deficit from 0–10.
Recovery is a domain, not a luxury
If recovery deficit is high, lowering workload alone may not move the score until rest is real.
What the Burnout Risk Score Means
Higher means you rated more strain across domains. It does not confirm clinical burnout or authorize workplace decisions.
Burnout Reflection Examples
Elevated reflection snapshot
Entered burnout ratings
Burnout risk score
Domain average 7.0 × 10 = 70.
Lower strain snapshot
Entered burnout ratings
Burnout risk score
Domain average 2.0 × 10 = 20.
Pair with recovery actions
Logging time off, sleep, and boundaries often matters more than re-rolling the score daily.
