If A is shorter than B, subtraction fails. Swap the inputs or adjust the scenario.

What the Time Result Means

The calculator converts both durations to whole minutes, applies add or subtract, and reports decimal hours plus a hours:minutes breakdown. It does not apply payroll rounding, grace periods, or break policies.
