How the Worksheet Orders the Math
Compute focus ratio when planned hours > 0
Focus ratio % = (focus hours ÷ planned hours) × 100, capped at 100 for the composite.
Compute completion rate when tasks planned > 0
Completion % = (tasks completed ÷ tasks planned) × 100.
Scale energy
Energy score = energy level × 10.
Average available components
Productivity score = mean of energy score plus any available focus and completion components.
