Keep one boundary
Do not mix parcel A disturbance with parcel B restoration unless they are one managed unit you intentionally combine.

Higher scores mean more acre-equivalent pressure in this simple model. It is not a wildlife count or permit decision.

Scientific Background
Assumptions: uniform land value across acres and equal weight for unrepaired disturbance. Limitations: connectivity, invasive species, and seasonal habitat needs are out of scope. Use ecological professionals for formal assessments.
