Total Your Weekly Activity
How to Track Weekly Activity
Use a Compendium MET value for each activity and enter zero minutes and sessions for unused rows.
Find the closest activity and intensity in the official Compendium.
Separate intensities
Log substantially different intensities in separate rows rather than averaging their MET values.
Entered Weekly Volume
Each row multiplies intensity by session time and frequency. The tracker then sums rows. It does not infer unlogged movement, sedentary time, strength quality, symptoms, or health outcomes.
Weekly Tracking Examples
Three-row week
MET, session time, frequency
Weekly total
495 plus 320 MET-minutes; 150 plus 40 minutes.
Zero unused row
MET, session time, frequency
Weekly total
A zero-duration unused row contributes nothing.
Track consistently
Use the same activity descriptions and logging rules when comparing weeks.

Try the CalculatorWeekly MET-Minute Formula
MET-minutes combine stated intensity and duration for arithmetic aggregation.
Formula

Weekly total
total MET-min/week = sum of all activity rows
Scientific Background
WHO physical-activity guidance discusses activity volume and intensity at a population level. MET values should come from the official Compendium; neither source makes this arithmetic total an individual diagnosis.
